We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Debit Cards & Gift Cards. Currencies accepted are Canadian Dollars, American Dollars & Travelers’ Cheques.
Return Policy
We want our clients to be completely happy with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your timely return of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise.
Regular priced merchandise with ticket intact, full refund within 7 days
Regular priced merchandise with ticket intact, exchange or credit note 8-14 days
Refund / Exchange must be accompanied by the original receipt
All sale items are a final sale
For cash refunds over $50.00 – a cheque will be issued within 2 business days.
Returns Between Stores
DKNY Free Standing Store purchases, may only be returned to DKNY Granville and DKNY Oakridge locations. Enda B merchandise can only be returned to Enda B Men & Women.
Price Adjustments
Price adjustments on regular priced merchandise are honored within 7 days of the original date of purchase. Item(s) must be accompanied by original receipt.
Sale merchandise is final sale (even if further reduced).
